with thoughtful additions where they earn their place. The result: maximum visual impact, without the cost of furniture hire.
PROPERTY CONSULTATION
Expert direction to style your property with confidence yourself. Includes an in-person or virtual consultation, a room-by-room assessment of up to 3 rooms, and a basic written styling report focused on layout, presentation, and first impressions. £295.
SIGNATURE STYLING PLAN
A complete, easy-to-follow transformation plan using your existing space. Includes everything in Property Consultation plus visual staging concepts, a room-by-room design report, shopping list with guidance where needed, and layout and flow optimisation to implement yourself. From £795.
PREMIUM STYLING PLAN
Hands-on support to transform your property for photography and viewings. Includes a premium styling report with virtual walkthrough video, UK retailer sourcing guidance, and a final photo-ready styling session prior to your photography shoot. From £1,495.
HOMEOWNERS SELLING

Choosing the right package
Every property is different. While you are welcome to indicate a preferred package, I will review your enquiry and recommend the option that best suits your property, goals and budget. In some cases, this may be a lower-priced package if I believe it will achieve the desired outcome.
